Description
The B220Lx140/1P-SC-S 4x2" is a 140-plate build of the SWEP B220. Its L plates are the low-theta pattern: less pressure drop per plate, and correspondingly more plates for the same duty. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. Connections are listed as 4x2", in port order. The B220 plate pack measures 524 x 202 mm (20.63 x 7.95 in) on 442 x 120 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 140-plate unit comes to about 55.2 kg (121.8 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 39 m3/h (171.71 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. Check the connection field separately from the plate count: two units can be consistent in every other field and still not pipe up.
