F120Tx180 designates a SWEP F120T brazed plate heat exchanger with 180 plates in the pack. The F120T plate pack measures 525 x 243 mm (20.67 x 9.57 in) on 456 x 174 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 180-plate unit comes to about 85.7 kg (188.9 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 27.4 m3/h (120.64 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. Thermal performance depends on the duty as much as on the part number, so include the fluids if the unit is going into a new application.
