Note: Unit pictured is representative of standard unit and may not exactly depict p/n V200THx90/1P-SC-M 28U+54.3&60+2x2" as shown on this page.
This is the 90-plate V200T: SWEP designation V200THx90/1P-SC-M 28U+54.3&60+2x2". The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. The connection field reads 28U+54.3&60+2x2". The V200T plate pack measures 525 x 243 mm (20.67 x 9.57 in) on 448.5 x 163.5 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 90-plate unit comes to about 50.0 kg (110.1 lb) dry. The frame is published to 43.7 m3/h (192.41 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Depth is the one dimension that changes accross the plate counts of a series, so measure the space behind the unit before moving to a larger pack.
