The SWEP V200T is an evaporator on the B200T frame, optimized for high performance across many refrigerants with a long-thermal-length plate pattern. It serves chillers, heat pumps and economizers.
192.41 GPM from a 525 x 243 mm frame. The V200T measures 525 x 243 mm (20.67 x 9.57 in) with port centres of 448.5 x 163.5 mm. It builds to 250 plates and has a published max flow of 192.41 GPM (43.7 m3/h).
Seven models share this outline. The B200T, F200T and P200T match the V200T at 525 x 243 mm and 192.41 GPM, and the True Dual DB200, DP200 and DV200 use the same outline at 118.88 GPM. Plate steel varies across them: the V200T is published with 316 channel plates and 304 cover plates, the B200T with 316/316L, the F200T and P200T with 304. The mistake that costs the most is confusing V200T with DV200 - the names differ by one letter, but one is a single evaporator and the other a True Dual unit.
Two connection sets on file, class M. Published connection styles are threaded and solder. The part numbers on file use either 28U+54.3&60 or 35.1+66.8 on the refrigerant side with 2x2" water connections, in material code SC and pressure class M. Braze is copper; approvals are PED, UL and KHK.
Reading the designation. A V200T is ordered as a full string, for example V200THx80/1P-SC-M 28U+54.3&60+2x2". The model number guide decodes each field, and the string off the nameplate - whole or partial - is enough to confirm the build.
Best as a single-circuit chiller or heat pump evaporator needing more water flow than the frame size suggests.

The V200T measures 525 x 243 mm (20.67 x 9.57 in) over the plate pack, with port centres of 448.5 x 163.5 mm (17.66 x 6.44 in). Connections on the catalogued builds: Threaded, Solder.
SWEP publishes the weight as 9.45 kg plus 0.45 kg per plate, so the plate count off the nameplate sets what the mounting has to carry.
The outline is common to several models, so begin with the model letter and work outward. The port centres must match, and so must the refrigerant connection set - the catalogued units come with two different pairs of refrigerant connection sizes on the same frame. Depth follows plate count, and the material code and pressure class on the nameplate have to carry over to the replacement.
