B15THx20/1P-SC-M 4x3/4"

B15THx20/1P-SC-M 4x3/4" designates a SWEP B15T brazed plate heat exchanger with 20 plates in the pack. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. Connections are listed as 4x3/4", in port order. The B15T plate pack measures 468 x 76 mm (18.43 x 2.99 in) on 432 x 40 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 20-plate unit comes to about 3.3 kg (7.3 lb) dry. The frame is published to 4 m3/h (17.61 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Treat each side as an independant circuit when you ask for a quote: give both flows and what each fluid is.
