The B15THx30/1P-SC-M 2x3/4"INT HEX+2x1/2"INT HEX is a 30-plate build of the SWEP B15T. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -SC is 316/316L stainless steel plates joined with copper. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. It is catalogued with 2x3/4"INT HEX+2x1/2"INT HEX connections. The B15T plate pack measures 468 x 76 mm (18.43 x 2.99 in) on 432 x 40 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 30-plate unit comes to about 4.4 kg (9.6 lb) dry. The frame is published to 4 m3/h (17.61 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. It is not necessary to send drawings for a like-for-like replacement - the string above carries the whole build.
