E8THx20/1P-SC-S 4x3/4"(20)

The E8THx20/1P-SC-S 4x3/4"(20) is a 20-plate build of the SWEP E8T. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. The connection field reads 4x3/4"(20). The E8T plate pack measures 315 x 73 mm (12.4 x 2.87 in) on 278 x 40 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 20-plate unit comes to about 2.0 kg (4.4 lb) dry. The frame is published to 4 m3/h (17.61 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Depth is the one dimension that changes accross the plate counts of a series, so measure the space behind the unit before moving to a larger pack.
