Note: Unit pictured is representative of standard unit and may not exactly depict p/n B20Hx58/1P-NSC-M 9.65+16+2x1"&22U as shown on this page.
The B20Hx58/1P-NSC-M 9.65+16+2x1"&22U is a 58-plate build of the SWEP B20. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-NSC fields read as single pass, with 316 channel plates, 304 cover plates plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. Connections are listed as 9.65+16+2x1"&22U, in port order. The B20 plate pack measures 324 x 94 mm (12.76 x 3.70 in) on 268.2 x 39 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 58-plate unit comes to about 5.1 kg (11.3 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 9.7 m3/h (42.71 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. If any field on your nameplate differs from the string above, tell us which one; a single letter is relevant to both rating and fit.
