Description
The B80SHx50/1P-SPS-M 4x1 1/4"&28U is a 50-plate build of the SWEP B80S. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -SPS is 316 stainless steel plates joined with stainless, copper free. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. The connection field reads 4x1 1/4"&28U. The B80S plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 50-plate unit comes to about 13.7 kg (30.3 lb) dry. The frame is published to 17 m3/h (74.85 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Treat each side as an independent circuit when you ask for a quote: give both flows and what each fluid is.
