The SWEP P200T is a brazed plate evaporator optimized for high performance, with a long thermal length. It is built for refrigerant evaporator duty on the 525 x 243 mm footprint.
A dedicated evaporator on the B200T footprint. The P200T measures 525 x 243 mm (20.67 x 9.57 in), is built with up to 250 plates, and has a published maximum flow of 43.7 m3/h (about 192 GPM).
Same footprint as the B200T, different plate and different steel. The B200T, F200T and V200T all measure 525 x 243 mm with the same 192 GPM ceiling. The P200T is an evaporator plate with a long thermal length, built in 304 stainless; the B200T is 316/316L, and the V200T has 316 channel plates with 304 covers. Long thermal length means a close approach at the cost of higher pressure drop. Swapping in a B200T because it has the same outline changes both the performance and the plate material.
304 stainless plates, copper braze, solder connections. Plates are 304 stainless steel with copper braze. SWEP publishes the P200T with solder connections.
Reading the designation. A P200T is ordered as a full string, for example P200Tx140. The model number guide decodes each field, and the string off the nameplate - whole or partial - is enough to confirm the build.
High-performance evaporator with long thermal length, for clean water or glycol loops.

The P200T measures 525 x 243 mm (20.67 x 9.57 in) over the plate pack, with port centres of 448.5 x 163.5 mm (17.66 x 6.44 in). Connections on the catalogued builds: Solder.
SWEP publishes the weight as 9.45 kg plus 0.45 kg per plate, so the plate count off the nameplate sets what the mounting has to carry.
The outline is common to several 200T models, so check the port centres and read the model letter as well. This model is published with solder connections, so the tube sizes on the refrigerant and water sides both have to match what is in the machine. Depth increases with plate count; a different plate count means a different depth and a different reach for the bracket.
